Since 2002, Beverly Lynch has owned and operated B. Lynch Associates - a full service management and lobbying firm, that offered personalized, pro-active services to professional societies, corporations and non-profit agencies.

Beverly Lynch is well versed in New Jersey politics and has developed a reputation for having excellent relationships with legislators and administrators from both sides of the aisle.

Beverly Lynch’s previous experience includes eight years with Martin-Bontempo, Inc. During her tenure at Martin-Bontempo, Ms. Lynch served as the Executive Director of two medical specialty societies, and lobbyist for numerous clients, including GPU Energy, the Medical Society of New Jersey, New Jersey Breathes, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, and five medical specialty associations.

She was also the Director of Communications and Government Relations for the New Jersey Department of Commerce and Economic Development.

From 1987 to 1992, Ms. Lynch was the Vice President of the New Jersey Food Council, performing all aspects of association management, including legislative and regulatory issues, events coordination, communications and public relations.

She was Director of Office Administration for the Center for Claims Resolution, Princeton, NJ, and Director, Conventions and Meetings for the National Grocers Association, in Reston, Virginia.

Beverly Lynch holds degrees from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland and Stevenson University, both in Baltimore, Maryland.

In October, 2008, Ms. Lynch was honored by the American College of Emergency Physicians who presented her with the Honorary Membership Award, recognizing an individual who has rendered outstanding service to the College or to the medical profession.

 


After years of service in State government, AJ Sabath started the Advocacy Group, LLC, a full service lobbying and government relations consulting business, which attracted a diverse group of clients looking for strategic legislative and regulatory counsel and access to hard-to-reach areas of government.

Mr. Sabath has held many prominent government posts including the Chief of Staff to the Senate President and Commissioner of the Department of Labor and Workforce Development.

He is also a three-time member of the PoliticsNJ power list of New Jersey’s 100 most politically influential personalities.

Government service is only part of Mr. Sabath’s professional experience. He previously served as Public Affairs Director for the MWW Group, as a Field Representative for the National Democratic Institute in Baku, Azerbaijan, and as an Organizer for the New Jersey Tenants Organization.

While at MWW, AJ represented the World Sikh Council, the Constitutional Monarchy Movement of Iraq, and the Puerto Rico Statehood Movement. During his time with the National Democratic Institute, Mr. Sabath spent two years in Baku, Azerbaijan, where he promoted relations among political, civic, and government officials and created the country’s first domestic election monitoring organization.

As veteran of many statewide, congressional, legislative and local political campaigns over the last 20 years, Mr. Sabath has developed strong relationships with many key elected officials. In 2005, he served as the New Jersey State Co-Director for the Kerry-Edwards Presidential Campaign. In 2003 and 2007, he ran the New Jersey Senate Democratic Campaigns, which resulted in the first Democratic State Senate Majority and Democratic Senate President in more than a decade. In the fall of 2002, Mr. Sabath served as the statewide Field Director for the election campaign of US Senator Frank R. Lautenberg. He has previously served as a political organizer for US Senator Jon Corzine, Congressmen Rush Holt, Steve Rothman and Bill Pascrell, and many other legislative and local Democratic candidates.

AJ Sabath received his Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Ramapo College of New Jersey. He currently is the Chair of the Board of Trustees for Ramapo College of New Jersey, a board member of the New Jersey Association of State Colleges and Universities, and a board member of the State Board of Examiners for Master Plumbers. Mr. Sabath also served as a board member of the New Jersey School Construction Corporation and as an Executive Member of the New Jersey Capital Planning Commission.
